Step 2 — Fabric Selection & Approval:
You receive fabric swatches with technical specifications — GSM, composition, colourfastness rating, shrinkage data, and abrasion resistance. Nothing moves to bulk until you sign off.
Step 3 — Pre-Production Sample (PPS):
A final sealed sample built to bulk specifications, photographed, measured, and approved by both parties as the gold-standard reference for the entire production run.
Step 4 — Bulk Cutting & Quilting:
Computer-guided fabric cutting and high-speed automatic quilting machines ensure every pad in a 5,000-piece order is identical to the approved sample.
Step 5 — Stitching, Binding & Embroidery:
Skilled artisans handle binding application, logo embroidery, and finishing details. Our embroidery department supports up to 15-colour designs for premium private label brands.
Step 6 — Multi-Stage Quality Control:
Every saddle pad passes through inline QC at cutting, mid-production QC at stitching, and final AQL 2.5 inspection before packing. Wholesalers can also commission third-party inspections (SGS, BV, Intertek) at our facility.
Step 7 — Packaging & Container Loading:
Polybagged, hangtagged, barcoded, master-cartoned, and palletised exactly to your specifications. We dispatch 2–3 full containers per month to global ports.
